Kalshi Crypto cleared $4B in notional volume in June. Another month another massive growth story. Up a whopping $2bn from the prior ATH ($2.02bn) in May, and up ~35x since I took over this role in November 2025. Kalshi now captures 80% of global crypto predictions market share as well, up from 7% in November 2025. All gas. No brakes. $10bn/month coming soon

My job for the last 6 months was to make Kalshi's crypto prediction markets the largest in the world. We smashed that goal, and are black-holing the entire global market share for crypto predictions at a rapidly accelerating pace. We're now 2x larger than the closest competitor. $120m/month in November -> $2bn cleared in May. And now I turn my attention to Kalshi Perps. People deserve regulated access to perps - it's the fastest growing new financial tool in the world. I'm going to run back the same playbook...hope you enjoy it.

I think what you'll notice over the next weeks and months is that Kalshi user count growth will be 1) explosive and 2) uncorrelated with the user counts of all of the offshore perp DEX platforms and frontends. The thesis has always been that we're creating a net-new TAM, not that we're trying to capture existing users of a completely different product. Much work to be done, but I'm game for a challenge

Polymarket's crypto up-down markets are one example of how a poorly designed market can create adverse externalities by incentivizing zero-sum and negative-sum behavior. When up-down markets first started, they had much longer durations. Traders treated the underlying asset price as an exogenous oracle. Many early traders ran geometric Brownian motion models on the underlying assets. As Polymarket created shorter-duration markets and increased liquidity incentives, there was more incentive to manipulate the underlying and capture the profits from the derivative up-down market. Total Polymarket crypto volume isn't growing and is the same absolute value as it was more than six months ago. Based on on-chain address analysis, there's sufficient evidence to suggest that these markets are removing liquidity and users from the system.

We noticed this data was missing from the algo and it made your friends appear less in your replies. This resulted in the reply section feeling more like a battleground with people you don't recognize. This should also help clusters form around interests more easily, which many people have asked for.

My dad's friend (62 years old) came over for lunch yesterday They were talking about whether or not something was going to happen in the future And he goes "let's put a Kalshi on it" 1. I've never heard someone use Kalshi as a verb 2. We talk about Gen Z getting prediction market pilled but it has reached the boomers too 3. Insane how much Prediction Markets have bled into society in the last 18 months
