Parental wishes are all well and good. But I want assurances no nudge units were involved with drafting those publicly proclaimed wishes. (Members of the wider family not involved with it have came out and contradict it so) It's also not an excuse to not deal with the issues and policies that lead to this place we are out now

It's grotesque how they try to cynically use the 'parents' wishes' as a magic forcefield to neutralize the issue.

Sometimes, I think to myself. Can I do better in life. The answer sadly, when reality dawn's is not really I'm under 30 with multiple physical illnesses and disabilities that cannot ever be cured. However this didn't make me a left wing nutter for the holy cow of the NHS. It makes me think practically and point out major glaring issues at the standards of care and treatment within the country. For 4 years I've been going to the drs with the same major health issue, the treatment is always the same and it only gets worse and worse. Surely it would be better for the NHS to have massive diagnostic healthcare centers regionally you can travel to pay £20-£200 and get every test under the sun done. Maybe even have waivers for those who get notes from the drs saying it's needed. Maybe every 4 years every British citizen is entitled to a free health MOT. Just to make sure on the off chance we can catch illnesses early and treat them. Having spoke to many many doctors, healthcare professionals, nurses and stuff over the years. I can confidently make the observation with the NHS, the issue seems to be a lack of modern diagnostics or in depth diagnostics as it's "too expensive" to do with everyone. I'd disagree everyone should have the expensive and expensive tests as often as possible with health issues just so we can rule out everything and never miss a health issue again.
