This is the initial contact with the corrupt Napa PD Officer Nicholas Toscani, who intentionally manipulated the lidar to the speed I was accused of going over. I knew I wasn't speeding and appealed the ticket I was given citation A114861. Trial court case 21TR001494 and Appeal case number 21AP000012 were upheld based solely on the corrupt officer's testimony. Neither Napa Superior Court Judge Victoria Wood nor Judge Scott Young ever bothered to drag their robe covered butts down to the PD and review the BWC. Based solely on the officer's testimony and he had NO EVIDENCE! I have points on my driving record and increased auto insurance costs because of it. It's got all kinds of violations written over this scam. Fines, fees with the Courts. DMV points, increased insurance costs. Let's not forget the officer who has been promoted last I knew. Very familiar with the Napa Sheriff's Dept. corruption and raising through the ranks for those "deeds"!
@FBI
@CivilRights
I have the court transcripts, BWC and motorcycle flex videos. I was wrongfully convicted and I'm sure not the only one.

I need to add, with the suit came a free tie, free shirt, and free socks. We just needed to find inexpensive shoes. That’s all I could afford. He was fine with that.

Elon Musk in 1990. This was his first suit and it costed $99. He couldn't afford a second suit, so he wore the same suit every day to work. Today, he's worth $1.3 trillion. Never give up!

@E_Barcohana Actually Napa County is above the law. These people have been above the law for years. I want to see some arrests. They are above the law, they think we are all stupid and they can do whatever they want to us.

@NapaCorruption @E_Barcohana Exposure and accountability! Maybe Gavin will help open some investigations? 🤷♀️😡

@NapaCorruption @sacbee_news Let’s hope they find the road leading back to Napa corruption. 🙏👍😁

@sacbee_news He would not have the first clue of what he is being targeted for or any of those details. Shame on you.

@Stopworkplacebu Then they fear you and terminate without just cause. Power yes, but can have consequences without any protection even from a union. No attorney or state employment dept would help. Why? County of Napa Sheriff’s Department! I’ve got evidence still. 😡

@iam_smx He’s already rich with his family. He’s reinvesting in humanity. ❤️😊

@Old_SchoolEddie It’s something I struggle with especially when it’s family.

Forgiving others is one of the hardest things Jesus calls us to do, especially when they never say they are sorry.
Yet true forgiveness is not about waiting for their apology.
It is about freeing your own heart and walking in the freedom God offers.
When someone hurts us deeply and shows no regret, it is easy to hold onto anger.
But carrying that weight keeps us stuck.
Jesus shows us a better way through His own example on the cross.
He forgave those who nailed Him there, even as they mocked Him!
God calls us to forgive because He has forgiven us so much through Christ.
As Colossians 3:13 says, "Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you."
Choose to release the hurt today, not for their sake alone, but for yours and for your walk with God.
Pray for those who wronged you.
Trust God to handle the rest.
When you forgive, you step into the peace and healing that only He can give.
It is a powerful act of faith that honors Jesus and brings real freedom to your life.
