It’s now painfully obvious Brexit hasn’t worked, and is actively harming us economically. (It didn’t even control our bloody borders!) Given the British people would clearly vote overwhelmingly to go back into the EU, we should have another referendum.

As the refund was not initiated automatically, it had to be raised to the dedicated team, and believe me, they are the best.

@AmyLRxx @davidthomas338 @currys I bought my gift card with a credit card. If I don't get a refund within the next two days, I will start a chargeback claim with my credit card company. I've never heard of a company not wanting me to spend money in their shop. Losing customers.

@currys I have been waiting for an on line gift card refund since 16/11/24. I have spoken to over 10 people in your South Africa call centre, still awaiting 4 manager call backs and even spoke to someone on online chat and still nothing.
