Reflecting back on the 2025–2026 season... This team flipped a basketball culture. 22 wins. Program milestones. One of the best defensive teams in the country. They competed for each other, came to work every single day, and laid a foundation for the future of Pack Basketball. I’m so grateful to be the head coach at CSU Pueblo. @VerizonSupport cont I need a credit of $577.69 At this point, I don’t even care about the phone we never received credit on from the Castle Rock, CO store in Aug 2024 for phone ending in 8435 is ever rectified. Blatantly illegal charges is what I am most concerned about.

@VerizonSupport cont’ I calculated all the “ Late Fees “ and Reconnect Fees since 2024. Reconnect Fees = $400 Late Fees = $177.69 Then I notice, I have received multiple late fees and reconnect fees while I have a negative balance. Someone needs to help me!

@VerizonSupport I just went through my Verizon Bill because I got a Past Due notice. Normally, $200 comes out of our account automatically and we pay the difference. Plus, we’ve been told we are going to receive credits for Macoy’s phone, never have received anything.
