@L69fs @justinstorrey agree wholeheartedly. anyone who observes American networks can see the influence the network has on the league for marquee timeslot games. eg. Sunday/Monday night football vs. Thursday. Sunday night baseball (historically) NBA on TNT or any xmas day games.

Call me a boomer, but Hockey Night in Canada ended when Rogers decided that it was okay to have the Leafs playing the Predators in Nashville on a Saturday night on CBC. Twelve years of a garbage product that was completely indistinguishable from a random Tuesday night.
