@oatsej1 @SocietyNews Gwabini and Makhosonke’s issue is one of credibility. The court will assess whether it’s probable they signed statements without knowing their contents and how Brigadier Bongani Gininda knew those details. Given their contradictions, their credibility is doubtful.

@oatsej1 @SocietyNews I am saying Ntanzi made confession which has material aspects of the crime committed, and with that only he’s finished man. Baloyi can take whatever days he needs to cross examine Ntanzi, and the defence and the court knows that.

Gwabini may deny hosting a party, but he signed a statement that’s now an exhibit. Makhosonke denies being there, yet he also signed a statement. Ntanzi made a confession before a magistrate, and the law: Specifically section 217(1)(a) is clear that its mere production is admissible in court. You can dispute it all you like, but the law is clear.

@Chegoane @SocietyNews Gwabini deny ever hosting a party in 2014. Gwabini said in court that Ntanzi doesnt know where he stays. Makhosonke said he met cnst zungu in 2017 and not 2014. Remember Ntanzi's confession is disputed. Most if not all evidence keeps supporting testimony of Ntanzi.

You’re the one chasing peripheral issues thus ignoring the evidence and running to social media. * Three people inside the house described the hoodie and height matching Ntanzi. * Fourth was Thabani Makeleni witness statement corroborating those who were inside the house. * Fifth witness, Nthabiseng Mokete, also outside, corroborated. * Sixth witness, Zungu corroborated and put a face of Mafika to the hoodie person. * Seveth, Ntanzi himself corroborated it in his confession, admitting he was the second person —the tall hoodie man. No social media content will safe you from confirmation bias, only evidence will.

Nxumalo is meek. He allowed Ratha/Baloyi to swallow him in their obfuscation. Mnisi, Ramosepele and Ntanzi, never said State can't consult witnesses with evidence [photos]. Issue is Zungu's statement had exhibit numbers before they were put on record/handed up. #SenzoMeyiwaTrial

Laugh all you want, but at some stage you have to concede you’re misinformed. Docket has three sections: Section A contains witness statements, Section B holds internal reports and memoranda, and Section C is the investigation diary. In this instance, Zungu was clearly referring to the A section; the witness statements. The A94 statement is Mabaso’s affidavit, and at that stage, it carries no exhibit numbering.

@kwazeybear These are distinct timelines. Kelly was chased before the shot was fired, whereas Mthoko was chased after the gunshot. Importantly, there was a scuffle in the interval between Kelly being chased and the shot being discharged.
