I’ve been actively helping the WLFI community understand the project since day one explaining tokenomics, answering questions, and fighting FUD wherever it pops up. I’m a genuine early supporter who believes in what this ecosystem is building. But this proposal is not acceptable as written. It heavily favors the team, advisors, and big partners while leaving early retail supporters behind. The 10% burn on the founder/team allocation looks like a gimmick — a one-time PR move that doesn’t change the fact that the biggest holders get the most favorable (or least punitive) path forward. Treating small retail presale buyers the same as the team and huge partners is unfair. We were the ones who took the real risk at the very beginning. My counter-proposal: Both groups (early retail supporters + founder/team/advisor/partner) get the same total 5-year vesting period. Early retail / presale buyers (the 17B locked tokens) get no new 2-year cliff. Unlocking starts from the original September 1, 2025 date (the day the first 20% became claimable). From there, the remaining 80% vests linearly over 5 years. Founder, team, advisor & partner tokens (the 45B locked) keep their 2-year cliff from the date this proposal passes, followed by 3-year linear vesting (same total 5-year timeline as retail). They still do the 10% immediate burn as a signal of commitment. Why this is more fair and better for the entire community: It doesn’t betray the ordinary early supporters who backed WLFI when it was just an idea. We’ve already waited over a year + the 7+ months since the September 2025 unlock. Forcing another full 2-year cliff on us now feels like moving the goalposts. A full 5-year linear unlock for retail keeps inflation extremely low and predictable. Any selling pressure can easily be offset by governance staking and long-term locking — exactly what the protocol needs for real conviction. This structure shows the team and big holders are willing to accept a longer cliff themselves while giving the people who funded the early days a fair, time bound path forward. It keeps genuine long-term holders in control of governance without punishing the smallest supporters who helped get us here. I hope the team and governance participants seriously consider this perspective. Early retail isn’t asking for special treatment just equal respect for the risk we took. Let’s build something that actually rewards the community that got WLFI to where it is today.

Every advisor, institution, partner, founder, and team member locked token — all 45,238,585,647 WLFI — is assigned to a 2-year cliff with a 3-year linear vest upon opting in, and subject to a 10% burn upon doing so. Up to 4,523,858,565 WLFI permanently destroyed. This is the least favorable unlock terms in this proposal and is subject to a mandatory burn upon opt-in.
