I would just like to remind all of my old readers, and inform all of our new followers that in 2009 the HHS, Health Resources Services Administration responded to journalist David Kirby on why they compensated Hannah Poling, a child with autism, for vaccine induced brain damage from the vaccine injury compensation program, when he asked if the concession was their admission the vaccines can cause autism. "From: Bowman, David (HRSA) [mailto:DBowman@hrsa.gov] Sent: Friday, February 20, 2009 5:22 PM To: 'dkirby@nyc.rr.com' Subject: HRSA Statement David, In response to your most recent inquiry, HRSA has the following statement: The government has never compensated, nor has it ever been ordered to compensate, any case based on a determination that autism was actually caused by vaccines. We have compensated cases in which children exhibited an encephalopathy, or general brain disease. Encephalopathy may be accompanied by a medical progression of an array of symptoms including autistic behavior, autism, or seizures. Some children who have been compensated for vaccine injuries may have shown signs of autism before the decision to compensate, or may ultimately end up with autism or autistic symptoms, but we do not track cases on this basis. Regards, David Bowman Office of Communications Health Resources and Services Administration 301-443-3376" So... The HHS official and public position for the last 17 years is not that vaccines can cause autism, it is that vaccines can cause brain damage that progresses into autism.

Like my healthy 34 year old son that died 16 days after his first Pfizer vaccine. Autopsy showed aortic dissection but histology was not done at time and I had to send his tissues to Germany for histological analysis. Analysis showed myocarditis, pericarditis and spike protein in aorta which decimated endothelium in aorta. Without autopsy and histology the lie of RARE is easily perpetuated. Vaccine injuries and deaths are Real, Not Rare!

Interesting. HHS has TOTAL discretion over the membership requirement given it can simply update the charter - ACIP is authorized under broad FACA (meaning the Secretary has broad authority) and not expressly authorized by congress (which it has done with other committees - including specifying membership). So, if I was HHS, and wanted to quickly move forward, I’d update the charter and modify the membership requirements. Then, throw up a federal register notice soliciting nominations, and then appoint new members - which could potentially be all the previous members. Why fight a court case, which could take months, when you can quickly modify the charter and get to the outcome you want.

ACIP has been disbanded. The government’s response to the AAP lawsuit and judge Murphey’s injunction is to disband and then recreate a new ACIP committee, as this will take less time than would be required to file and prosecute an appeal. There will be no action from the government to respond to the defamatory characterization of the former ACIP members.

@BillLieske NJ has Holly’s Law because a 6 year old girls who had a bad reaction to dose 1 of MMR, was given dose 2 and she died from CDC confirmed vaccine induced encephalitis. People need exemptions.

The autism crisis in America is not a future problem. It is happening right now, in homes across this country, and the scope of what the government is going to need to address is staggering. Adult care, kids aging out of the system, Gastrointestinal issues, PANS, PANDAS, brain inflammation, MTHFR, mitochondrial disorders, heavy metal toxicity... These are the underlying conditions driving what families are living with every day, and most of the treatments that actually help are not covered by insurance. Shared this yesterday, but wanted to share again. Dr. Bogner talks at about the 58 minute mark about the microbiome. We have been trying to fix my son's gut for a quarter of a century. No exaggeration. I can't even tell you how many different probiotics he has taken. If you listen at this point in the interview he explains so well why special diets & probiotics will never fix the gut. He also discusses the importance of pooping. My son has struggled with bowel motility his entire life. We're still dealing with it all these years later.
