@McCormickProf Why do you think the state has an obligation to pay for your kid's religious education? That was the Civil rights issue that led to the First Amendment. Everyone already has a choice. The issue is whether I have to pay for your religion. That violates my religious freedom.

When someone says "your local public school is your best choice," you can be sure that the public schools reflect that person's values. The truly best choice for your child is the one that honors your family's values. School choice helps make that choice available to your family.
