TX Needs to Stop Rebuilding What Already Exists There’s a pattern emerging on TX that needs to be addressed. Developers are building applications that already exist on other chains—DEXs, staking dashboards, wallets, NFT mint sites—and deploying them on TX as if that alone will drive adoption. It won’t. Because if a user can already do the exact same thing on another chain—with deeper liquidity, better tooling, and a larger ecosystem—there is no compelling reason for them to move. Porting functionality is not innovation. It’s duplication. The Hard Truth About Adoption Adoption does not come from parity. It comes from superiority. If TX offers the same experience as other chains, it will always lose—not because the tech is worse, but because the network effects elsewhere are stronger. Users don’t migrate for “similar.” They migrate for “better.” Or more specifically: They migrate for things they cannot do anywhere else. Smart Tokens Are the Edge—And They’re Being Underused TX is not just another smart contract chain. It has something fundamentally different: Protocol-level programmable assets (Smart Tokens). These are not contracts bolted on top. They are rules embedded directly into the asset itself: Transfer restrictions Whitelisting / blacklisting Clawbacks Freezing Compliance logic Enforced at the protocol level. Deterministically. That is a massive advantage. And right now, it’s being largely ignored. Building Without Smart Tokens Misses the Point If a project on TX does not leverage Smart Tokens, then what exactly is it doing here? Because without them, you’re just recreating: Ethereum apps Solana apps Cosmos apps But with: less liquidity fewer users That’s not a winning strategy. That’s building into a smaller market without differentiation. The Result: Internal Circulation, Not External Adoption When projects don’t leverage what makes TX unique, the only users they attract are: existing TX users. That creates: internal activity recycled liquidity No new users are pulled in. No external demand is created. It becomes an echo chamber. What Actually Drives Cross-Chain Adoption To attract users from other chains, TX needs to offer: New capabilities—not just new locations. Things like: Assets that enforce compliance at the protocol level Transfers that fail deterministically Tokenized real-world assets with embedded restrictions Identity-aware transactions These are not incremental improvements. They are fundamentally different models. Think in Terms of “Impossible Elsewhere” The right question for TX developers is not: “What should we build?” It’s: “What can we build here that cannot exist anywhere else?” If the answer is: “a DEX” “a wallet” “an NFT platform” Then it’s already been done. And likely better. The Opportunity Is Still Massive This isn’t a criticism of the ecosystem. It’s a missed opportunity. Because TX has one of the clearest differentiators: Native compliance Programmable assets Deterministic enforcement Exactly what institutions and issuers are looking for. What Needs to Change TX developers need to: Leverage Smart Tokens by default Not as an add-on—but as the core primitive Design around enforcement, not just execution Build for new use cases—not existing ones The Bottom Line Right now, utility is being underutilized. TX has the tools to build things no other chain can. But if those tools aren’t used, the chain becomes just another option. And “another option” is not enough to win. Final Thought Adoption doesn’t come from copying what works elsewhere. It comes from creating what doesn’t exist yet. TX has that capability. @marclou Did the same 2014–2017. Took a step back for a year, then went all in again for 2. Held it, then stopped completely. Sold my company, shut down all side projects. Been off since mid-2025. Now I’m back on it. Does not feel like work, 65-80 hours/week.

I overworked myself. For the past 5 years, I barely took a day off. I shipped 30 startups, wrote 30,000 tweets, made 70 YouTube videos, and answered thousands of support requests. The weird part is, it never felt like work. It felt like play. Until recently. For the first time in years, I’ve struggled to get things done. I don’t want to open my laptop. The things that used to make me happy suddenly feel heavy. That scares me a bit, because the playful side of work is what got me here. And right now, it feels like I lost it. So I’m taking a break. I’ll still do about an hour of maintenance work a day, but the rest of my time will go to real life. I’m training for Hyrox in Korea on May 25, so I’ll put my energy there for now and train 20 hours a week. I went through a little burnout once before, in 2021. What helped me was going back to basics: training, reading, eating well, and sleeping 8 hours. It brought the hunger back then. I trust it will again!

hey @stripe, your api just charged our european customer €4,995 instead of €60. painful bug. we have the same product priced in inr, eur, usd, and gbp. on our checkout page we pass the inr price id and stripe correctly picks the right amount + currency based on the customer's region. ₹4,995 becomes €60 for an eu customer. works perfectly. we recently shipped "pay with saved card" inside our app and used the same logic. passed the inr price id for a 4,995 inr charge, expecting stripe to convert it the same way. instead, stripe swapped the currency to eur but kept the number. €4,995 hit the customer's card instead of €60. now here's the kicker: if we refund it ourselves, we eat ~€370 in processing fees, fx, and taxes. that's 6x the actual order value of €60. we'd lose money fixing a bug we didn't cause. can someone take a look and reverse this from your end? i have the charge id ready with me.

TX launch wasn’t exactly great, was it? Expected! Mathematically it doesn’t make much sense. Increasing the token supply while giving Coreum holders a 1:1 and laughing ~2.3 to SOLO holders… and on top of that, TX (Coreum) takes 30% of the “new” token supply + more! To me the math looks like this: If I borrow $100 from you, is it fair if I pay you back 20% + 2% after two years of the original value and we are OK? What would your answer be? And the truth is, the 20% of $100 example is actually generous. Reality is way worse — I’m just simplifying it so people understand the situation. My bet: within the next 12 months the Pulsara token will be worth more in $/token. That is, if they fix the issues they currently have, which you don't know what are. TX: $0.0156 Pulsara: $0.0020
