Certainly when he made if break just after 15k (3 sec behind WR pace at this point) he move away quickly.

@5liveSport @bbc5live @BBCSounds Liked the breaks in the parade for parts of the show, usualy I get fed up with that by the time everyone finished. I did feel the show was better in a stadium (as a TV viwer at least) the logistics of getting the acts on & off is part of the spectacle.
