Getting big & strong is more important than getting lean When you get big and strong, instead of agonising over getting lean it's better to just learn a combat sport, learn how to fight You will gain another dimension of confidence, new impressive skillset, get better at moving and hand to eye coordination (all of which lifting weights and looking some way simply won't give you) And as a byproduct you will also get lean without needing to agonise over calorie intake and cardio that much

Everyone is trying to defend SZ's altcoin short stop-losses. Allow me to completely destroy all of your rebuttals, because they are TERRIBLE TRADE SET UPS. Any professional trader will be able to tell you they are, and if you think they're good you need to seriously check yourself before you rekt yourself by following his set ups; 1. They are 2h & 4h charts. Making them macro plays & swing trades. These weren't quick enter & exit plays. That means if trade went against him and he went underwater, he would likely keep these positions open overnight as he slept. 2. We just pumped 84% in 3 months from the macro bottom. That means it's a pretty good chance we're in the beginning of the next bullish cycle. If ANY OF YOU have ever been in a bull cycle before, you'll know exactly how fast & hard altcoins can pump. Leaving a short open with that massive stop-loss is just dumb. All you need is 1 big news catalyst and your position is screwed. The only reason why altcoins are dumping now against Bitcoin, is because of the upcoming Ethereum upgrade which will unlock 20%+ into Ethereum's circulating supply and MMers are unsure of how the market will react to it. A potential dump of Ethereum will drag down altcoins as a lot of DeFi liquidity is paired against Ethereum. 3. Why are you speaking for a grown ass man? It's not like I called him a scammer. I just said his trade set ups suck ass (they do). I've been a full-time CRYPTO trader for 7 years. I have more experience trading this god awful (and amazing) market than most of you on here. Hell, I wouldn't be surprised if SZ learned TA from me, since I basically taught basic TA to half the fking influencers here back in 2017 >.>.... As stated already. I got no beef with the dude. I just got annoyed by all the praising spam of him on my timeline, so I decided to see what it was all about. And of course, like 99% of all other 'gurus' on here, I have never seen him on any exchange leaderboards. Look, you guys can TRUST all you want. But I don't trust anons. Prove results.
