Great night with wonderful wines - and wives! Both wines were youthful and surprisingly bright for their age. The Bonne Mares was lovey but I must give a slight nod to the Insignia with its richness, balance and impressive, silky finish.

@acquisizioni Future around GCT with RXR project joining 1 Vandy and JPM Campus is excellent. Future around Penn Sta is also great. Western side is great already w Manhattan West, H Yards, Highline and more coming. Hotel Penn site is the key on east side.

Every time I spend time around Penn Station, it makes me so very grateful that I commute in and out of Grand Central.

@acquisizioni Probably not allowed under zoning They are rumored to be looking at the Roosevelt hotel site as well but the Pakistani Gov’t owns it and haven’t been realistic sellers. They have huge short term leases at 245 & 277 Park as well. We shall see what happens.

@dlcceo Holy crap. Didn’t realize they bought 250 park. What an urban campus that will be when they build it. I’m kind of surprised they don’t have sky bridges connecting the buildings so they don’t have to go outside.
