@acquisizioni Future around GCT with RXR project joining 1 Vandy and JPM Campus is excellent. Future around Penn Sta is also great. Western side is great already w Manhattan West, H Yards, Highline and more coming. Hotel Penn site is the key on east side.

Every time I spend time around Penn Station, it makes me so very grateful that I commute in and out of Grand Central.

@acquisizioni Probably not allowed under zoning They are rumored to be looking at the Roosevelt hotel site as well but the Pakistani Gov’t owns it and haven’t been realistic sellers. They have huge short term leases at 245 & 277 Park as well. We shall see what happens.
