As a female, I would like to say I'm perfectly fine with LOTR having almost no female characters. The few they did have were strong and beautiful. This doesn't need to be fixed. As a matter of fact, this single scene in Return of the King was all we ever needed:

LOTR had almost no female characters at all. Modern Hollywood sees that as a sin that must be rectified. They're coming up with all of these sequels and spin offs almost entirely for the purpose of feminizing the franchise and injecting female characters into it. It's feminist reparations. That's why this godawful sequel concept will apparently center around a female character.

We NEVER got the big open rpg games that might do the IP justice.
And we never will if the IP doesn't thrive through new projects.

@FeatherFlavor @megigogi Keep in mind too practically everything in 2042 was designed with 128 players in mind.
And even THEN it was overpowered.
You could do ludicrous mag sizes and 4 seat armoured cars because the game expected 64 enemies.
You can't do stuff like that here.

@megigogi The 50-round Vector in 2042 was way too OP, so they neutered it for balance and it became a pea shooter.
I think the current high-ROF, low-mag 1v1 beast is much more unique than the 2042 version.

@SgtDangerCow I get why they did this.
Devs have gotta be sick of the vector always being the go-to SMG in every fps game because of its firerate.
This might not be the best fix, but at least it requires a bit more from the user this way.
Alternative was probably not getting it at all.

If you buy something you're gonna feel a very strong incentive to always use it.
Meaning you won't use stuff you actually unlock.

Here’s the thing about skins.
Once the game is gone (a la Hardline) the money spent on skins is gone too.
It seems at best you’re renting pixels.
That’s why paying for skins (for me) is something I rarely do.

@SgtDangerCow Nades feels more like a class power than an actual physical utility/gadget you're throwing.
Once they're thrown all you see is a small red dot you cant do anything to but avoid.
its honestly a pretty odd way to do grenades.

@Dat_Jebus @TearShapedHeart The Imperial war machine is a far more ravenous beast than the Nids could ever be. Everyone dies, the GSC die and they get to "ascend" in the same way Imperials get to "join the Emperors side".
The Nids are made stronger too. The Guard are thrown into a new warzone/a factory

MW 2019 was the best COD of the last 8 or so years and arguably top 3 all time. Respectfully I don’t care about what the pro players thought of it. -Best SND we’ve ever seen -Sound + Aesthetics were S Tier -Gunplay might be the best we’ve ever had -Gunfight -Warzone Camping DEFINITELY was an issue, I’ll give you that. The game had some maps that were abysmally slow. BUT MW 2019 was literally a franchise revitalization moment for Call of Duty. It was grounded, it was gritty, and it reminded people of the old days of COD. After Infinite Warfare (2016), WWII (2017) and Black Ops 4 (2018)…and in the face of competition like Fortnite, PUBG, and Apex Legends dominating the streaming space… MW 2019 single handedly forced Call of Duty back to forefront of cultural relevance. I don’t give a shit if the game launched without red dots on the mini map, or Dead Silence being a field upgrade. Peanuts compared to what this game did for Call of Duty as a whole. MW 2019 gave COD a lifeline when it needed it most.

The ADS light is nice i guess, but it needs some serious drawbacks. There is no reason not to use it and it's really blinding.
Other than light intensity, how could we nerf it without making it irrelevant?

Battlefield 6 NEWEST attachments are INSANE, watch this! The New ADS Light attachment is pretty OP, tried it out for 2 rounds and this was the outcome, combined with the NVO this attachment is pretty strong. Try it out for yourself.

Because Infinity ward tried to remove it in CoD.
The CoD community flipped their absolutely shit, because shooting no longer marked you.
It was seen as rewarding camping.
Bf is doing it specifically to not piss off who they're trying to siphon.

I was like 10 when BF2 released. So i was watching him play it, and i played it briefly sometimes.
The first BF game i really got involved with was Bad company 2. But i was running that on low.
Hence why i had to skip BF3.
