@DevRelCallum @AntonHand Yeah, I definitely don't think they should've went the "trad marketing" way (like a Vegas sphere showoff 🫣). But they should 100% market their game at least organically and grow wishlist + awareness ahead of launch.

@DevRelCallum @AntonHand A lot. That is how you sell games. Marketing is not just paying ads, it's raising awareness and getting wishlists to stand out from all the other games releasing within the same window.
Storefront placement is great,especially if it's in top selling because you did things right.

I've been asked 4 times this month alone for advise on a "gaming PC" for someone's child. I'm actually excited for the Steambox to launch so I can just point people to that. I think what it's actually doing is capturing the console-mindset but wants a PC audience.
