@WxOntario1 Who taught you to spell 'County' as 'Countie'? If I can't trust your spelling, how can I trust your weather reports?
The squiggly red line is there for a reason, yet you ignore it. Why?

The new chief trade negotiator, she's in it for you ordinary Canadians...... just kidding she pulled the emergency act on you, freezed bank accounts. ⬇️
Holly Doan@hollyanndoan
Cabinet had to bring “the full power of the federal government” against the #FreedomConvoy, wrote Janice Charette in confidential memo prior to the government’s invoking of the Emergencies Act. Truckers threatened “social cohesion” and “national unity”, said the ex-@PrivyCouncilCA Clerk. “All hands on deck, no idea too crazy, let’s look at absolutely everything,” said Charette. “Let’s look at every law we have.” Story from 2022 is here: blacklocks.ca/full-power-aga… @FedCourtApp_en on January 16, 2026 ruled use of the Emergencies Act was unlawful.

To celebrate Hillary’s meltdown in Munich, I’m going to recount the first time I ever met Hillary Clinton. It was on Marine One, helicoptering to Camp David for a weekend. I was brand new to the Military Aide position and this was my first trip to Camp David. It was a Saturday morning and I was a little trepidatious.
Of course, I’d heard all about Hillary from my predecessor. He’d warned me about her temperament and her propensity to go off on any and all staffers, including her husband.
I always boarded Marine One last, letting the First Family board first along with the doctor and agents. I always used the rear steps, with “the football.” My seat on the helicopter was always immediately adjacent to the president and “First Lady.” On this particular day, Chelsea was also coming.
I sat in my assigned seat, set the “football” down and approached Hillary. “Hi ma’am, I’m Major Buzz Patterson. I’m the new Air Force Aide. Wonderful to meet you.” I also introduced myself to Chelsea and sat back down.
Hillary was curt and quiet. Chelsea looked at me like I had 3 heads. “Well, that was awkward,” I thought to myself.
It never got “not awkward.”

@StuntmanStu It's spelled 'buses', dude. 'Busses' is what a busser does.
Try to learn the language.
English

If you ever had a radio on in Ottawa, you knew the name Lowell Green. I had the opportunity to work down the hall from him, he would shake his head as I was always looking at my phone. I do remember one long rant he had about keeping the busses instead of going with the LRT. So far he's been right, all that to say he passed away on Valentines Day at 89.
May he rest in peace

@TeHHerzog @Oceanbreeze473 You sound like a sweetheart.
English

@Oceanbreeze473 I have parked in front of my neighbor's house instead of my house for the last 3 years because the first interaction I ever had with him he was a complete an utter dick. Just a month ago he asked me to pull forward. I told him NO because you were a dick and then I walked away.
English

Multiple neighbour’s constantly park like this in front of my drive way. I’ve spoken to all neighbors multiple times, yet it continues. Yesterday I called the police who told me to have them towed. I called several tow companies who said basically they can’t do anything about it
What would you do?

English

@ProstheticLeg3 @brianlilley Neither you nor your conclusions have a leg to stand on, quite frankly.
English

@kevin_nealon Did you call him a cunt?
That's an easy one to understand.
English

@ofctimallen A lot of people might see this as just another feeble attempt at an over-the-hill actor/comedian screaming for the attention his mommy refused to give him, much like Christ way back in the day.

Coming back from Christmas, I specifically told my 13 year old son to pack the large knife he received from his uncle in the big bag and not a carry on.
As his backpack goes through security the guy watching the video calls out:
“OK, who’s Rambo? We got us a Rambo here today!”
Everyone there admired the knife and then they let me go back out of security and check my carry on bag with it.
A belated shout out to the TSA crew in the Sacramento airport for being good sports about it.
And hopefully my little Rambo, born well after 9/11, learned something.

@glukianoff Could very well be you have an allergy to one of the ingredients, maybe more. I found out I'm allergic to most ingredients in a Caesar salad.

@BuzzPatterson It smells like history = old books filled with toxins. 🤣

Have you ever walked through the White House unaccompanied at night? It’s amazing. I used to walk around when I was working there. I’d hang out with the President’s medical unit, shoot the shit with the Secret Service guys & girls, the NSC peeps, and the Navy cooks.
My favorite room was the library. It smelled like history. American history. I’d pull a book off the shelf and just sit and think. Once, I pulled a book off the shelf that was given to George Washington. The inscription was still there. At one point, George Washington held that book. It was simply amazing.
