@clairebubblepop I know you’re tired, Claire. You have travelled a long hard road. But you have shown fantastic strength for 9 months. So let’s going again. You are older and wiser. And you can do this, I’m sure.

Probs gonna lose follower for this. Anyway I was dreaming of saying on the 28th Dec, I’ve been one year clean. Now I gone and fucked up. I can’t believe it I was so close, almost 9 months. I know I have to pick myself up again, I will. But sometimes I get sick of being the one who always has to pick up. I’m tired man. #RecoveryPosee

@fesshole I was something of a family pariah for 20 years because ice cream was far too cold for me and I couldn’t wait for it to warm up. Then I was introduced to ice cream and hot custard together on apple pie/or crumbles. My father said it was a French idea. Never looked back.

I often microwave ice-cream for 10-13 seconds to create a perfect soft but not fully melted bowl of ice cream as I'm too lazy to just wait. Wife said if I ever do it in front of family she is divorcing me

@DocLiversedge Hello Stephen apologies for this impromptu message but I own a 45 acre site at the top of Turton & I believe you may own the land for the track we use to access if you do great. We can not gain access due to someone having a fire on the track see photo.

@CountyChamp After hitting the thigh pad, very unfortunately for the batsman, the ball looped up and hit the back of his bat above his shoulder and lobbed forward to the fielder. Clearly evident to the wicket keeper and the short leg fielders …… and …. to the umpire. Correct decision!

A wonderful man, tough competitor & one of the friendliest blokes ever to grace the game. The local area & clubs Dave has been involved in have lost a true giant of the game - RIP Tatt ❤️

@StuartBroad8 @bbctms 275 for 2 is my prediction. It’s a flat easy paced pitch. Kohli out of touch but doesn’t give his wicket away. Both Rahul and Kohli happy to watch 90 mph balls go past a foot and a half outside off stump to a 7:2 field. Curran bowling occasional half volleys, gently.

Clouds low, lights on, evening session, fresh batter at the crease. This is the time to strike! Could get our rewards this session for containing India 🇮🇳 well in morning & afternoon. Could easily be a 250-6 day if we get it right & India are Very top heavy here with the tail

@brett_ernst I agree bring back Smith. But Paine tremendous?? His captaincy in the 4th Test at Headingley was as bad as it gets (thankfully!)

Poor cricket by Australia, rain tomorrow so they needed to be prepared to lose in order to win it & bat with urgency It’s now likely to be a draw meaning India reclaim the Border & Gavaskar trophy. Paine has been tremendous but now time to reinstall Smith back in charge.

@Heatonsports Very sad news. A lot of fun with Rodney as I circled Heaton CC and indeed before that watching Matt and Tom at Bolton School. He had a very dry sense of humour and I was happy to be the butt of much of it!

@BoltonCricketUK @TongeCC Ever thankful to John for teaching me how to coach cricket many years ago. It was always a pleasure to see him at various grounds around BCL in recent years - grounds at which, of course, he had considerable success as a cricketer.

One of the trials in I’m a Celeb should be having to play away at Walkden, and if they don’t get any stars then they have to eat the teas they serve.
