@wanscoodooby @globalnewsto I don't care about the gun in the context of this discussion. The point is he killed someone in self defense, as proven in court. And yes, he should have gone to court to prove his innocence.

@wanscoodooby @globalnewsto Yes. That's how the law works. That's how justice works. You are innocent until proven guilty. If you don't like the idea of homeowners being charged and held or forced to pay bail, then that should apply to crimes outside the home too.
