🟥 WOW... This is the most awkward, CRINGIEST two minutes in the history of the political internet. 🤦🏻‍♂️ Pierre Poilievre, reduced to a gushing fanboy who finally meets his HERO, Joe Rogan... 😬 This clip alone is DISQUALIFYING – this guy is completely unfit to be the Leader of the Official Opposition in Canada, let alone Prime Minister of our proud nation! 🤷🏻‍♂️ Pierre is an embarrassing abomination and needs to resign as SOON as he sets foot back in Canada. He should be freed to pursue his obvious REAL passion – fitness videos. 🏋🏻‍♂️

Wow. CTV puts quite possibly one of the worst people they could find to talk about Pierre going on the Joe Rogan podcast. Listen to how Sharan describes Rogan. All lies. I don’t think she’s ever watched him once. What a horrible person she is.

Something really inspiring is happening right now in Nova Scotia. Student unions from multiple universities across the province have joined a coordinated student strike to demand affordable tuition and divestment. The tides are turning, and history is being made here.

So back of the napkin, Joe gets about 4X the listeners/views that CBC gets in any given month. And is produced for less than 1% of the cost, and of course with no tax dollars, would you say that's fair I understand the model isn't apples to apples, just wanting to highlight the defences.

CBC's annual budget (2025-26) is ~$1.57B, mostly taxpayer-funded. It reaches ~21M monthly digital users plus millions via TV/radio. Joe Rogan podcast: averages ~11M listeners/views per episode (global), 3-4 episodes/week. Private production with small team/studio—costs a tiny fraction, no public funds. Scale & model differ hugely.

Clearly a big Joe Rogan follower, CBC News Network's tilty head Andrew Nichol raises pet problems and scary American flags... with a Liberal pundit and Trudeau's simp biographer 🤡 Ans CBC wonders why people accuse them of bias and misinformation CBC is truly scaping the bottom @joerogan

@nationalpost This whole "centre of the world's middle powers" is all fan fiction. No one outside of Canada of any consequence knows what the hell this means.

@KatKanada_TM Watching CTV to get informed about a podcast that's free to watch and accessable on many platforms is real smooth brain activity.

Mordecai Richler was loathed by French Quebecers, but he got the Order of Canada. Mohamad Fakih said Israel’s supporters don’t have “basic human values,” but he has one too. Clearly Don Cherry meets the criteria for being a great Canadian. But he doesn’t fit the Order of Canada “profile” theglobeandmail.com/opinion/articl…

Gerald Butts on the Don Cherry, Order of Canada debate: "I think the people who are trying to make this an issue don't give a flying fig about either one of those things. They're just looking for another artifact of the culture wars to which they can use to rally their side around."
