So where does this leave me After 10 years of loyalty to BA… Moral of the story- If you’re a frequent flier, avoid BA and their Gatwick associates, overseas ‘helpdesk’. You will only be unhappy

@British_Airways Despicable service has left me nearly $1k out of pocket. Nowhere to stay. You sent notification through the app of a delay to flight BA2273 from LGW to JFK. Having arrived on time for the new departure time, I waited 15 mins in the ‘Gold’ account holders line.

@therealreal Representatives continue to drop my calls, not return calls, threaten to close the issue.. no words. A scam is a scam

@therealreal Scammers extraordinaire! I sent brand new designer shoes - they listed them as scuffed.. ignored my outreach, went on to sell for a fraction of the price and offer me less than a pair of insoles They made false claims about market rates and refuse to speak. I call this THEFT!
