@British_Airways But the failure to update World Tracer is why I have got in contact with you in the first place! I was assured by BA staff that the bags would be delivered by pm on the 24th. Failure to do so has destroyed our Christmas. Do I need to send you a video of my 3-year-old?

@British_Airways Your courier at SFO has still not been in contact and the system says that they have had some of our luggage for over 24 hours. This is ruining Christmas. Need clear communications realistic ETA. BA287 lands at SFO today. Can I expect aggressive follow-up from BA ground staff?

@British_Airways That really isn't good enough. Why was the decision taken to fly BA285 on 23rd December without loading the majority of the checked baggage? It already had a 3.5 hour delay anyway. I assume that BA looks forward to reimbursing me for the necessary family presents?

BA staff at SFO assured me that delivery would be on Christmas Eve. This is extremely distressing.
