A huge portion of global communication - especially international data transfer - relies on satellites alongside undersea cables. Weather forecasting depends heavily on satellite imaging. Storm tracking, rainfall prediction, and climate monitoring would be drastically worse without them. Live TV broadcasts, some internet services, and emergency communications all depend on satellites. You don't have to trust NASA or any single space agency. But you are already trusting the technology built on orbital mechanics every time your phone connects, navigates, or updates. Stupid 😆
