@ukgimp Poor Ace :( Mabel is a bit wobbly on her legs these days and had a fall trying to jump into a car a while back and really knocked her confidence for a week or so where she didn't even want to go for a walk which is very unlike her.

@screamingfrog Hi! firstly amazing job on the last big update! Just a question when setting URL rewrites when it's only the rewritten URL that is crawled right? so if a dev environment contains links to live and we rewrite the live version to dev live won't be crawled?

They sent confirmation it would be delivered yesterday then cancelled the order with no notification at all so we waited in all day. Had to call this morn to request refund

@Suzzicks I'm terrified of them but also don't want to hurt them and appreciate the important role they play in our eco system so always try and figure out a way of distancing us whilst letting them go about their business.

@Suzzicks I was on a zoom call a few years ago and unbeknown to me a giant spider was webbing it's way down from the ceiling and suddenly appeared right in front of my face. Screamed in terror and damn near back flipped out of my chair.

@screamingfrog Awesome, thanks for the reply! :) That would be really useful for situations when running crawls on multiple sites that have each have multiple segments and syncing reports to somewhere else as the number of files can quickly add up!

@screamingfrog when running a crawl that contains segments and exporting reports / bulk exports is it possible to avoid export segment specific reports since the segment is in the main report / export anyway for example a crawl with 10 segments is exporting 10x number of files

@willcritchlow This is a common complaint for a lot of recipe sites, not necessarily always the page crashing but having to work to find the recipe that led to the landing.

What I was supposed to be doing: choosing a film to watch. What I ended up doing: losing faith in internet publishing. I know it’s not new news but it is mindblowing how bad many large content publishers’ sites are at either fulfilling the user’s goal (here: browsing movies) or the publisher’s goal (here: showing some ads). Most of the ads fail to load. The page jumps around. The page reloads. Eventually the page crashes. I don’t want to pick on the specific publisher in question - it’s endemic across the industry. Wild.

Awesome customer service from @elemntor even though it was a screw up on my part in not changing renewal settings they've been super responsive and helped arrange a refund as no longer using but they have a great product.

I don't know if there is a customer service hall of fame but if there is @screamingfrog need to be inducted into it.
