You’re eligible at the time you got accepted into the YPP. It’s never your fault that they change their interpretation of the rules. The change comes from their side, not yours. So, is it fair for you to become the one who suffers the most? To be punished for their inconsistency?

Break the ToS (violating copyrights, decency, etc.), and you get 3 strikes, 2 warnings, and 2 chances to fix it. But demonetization? They subjectively pull the plug and take your ongoing revenue instantly. No warnings. No communication.

@rotmistr_n Everything they've done so far is actually legal, but it SHOULD be illegal, and we can make it so. We need creators to unite and file a class action with support from a law firm like Hagens Berman that specializes in class-action lawsuits. We just have to gather people first.

It's obvious why @YouTube isn't accredited by the Better Business Bureau. My entire timeline is people trying to get their accounts/monetization back. They truly don't care about their creators, despite using them to make a profit. @TeamYouTube I'm still waiting on that form.

YouTube is completely ignoring me!! They told me to continue working with support through email, but as you can see in the screenshot, I sent three emails, the first 10 days ago and the most recent 3 days ago and received no response at all. It seems they only truly reconsider channels when posts gain significant traction on X. I hope those of us facing the same situation can come together and make @TeamYouTube pay attention

YouTube DEMONETIZED my channel with 169K subscribers because of "Inauthentic Content" But hear me out. I come up with every idea myself, script it, record it personally in Roblox and edit everything from scratch. I've never stolen content from others, never used a TEMPLATE, and every video is its own UNIQUE idea. I don't blame YouTube. I blame their AI that is going rogue. Right now there is a wave of real creators losing their monetization to an AI system that cannot tell the difference between actual spam and someone who genuinely puts their HEART into EVERY SINGLE upload. People who sacrificed their time, their energy and their passion to build something REAL on this platform. Meanwhile actual AI generated spam channels continue to exist without consequences... I still love creating. I still love this platform. That passion is never going away. But we deserve better than an AI making LIFE CHANGING DECISIONS about our channels without a single human ever watching our content. Many people rely on YouTube to provide for their FAMILIES, and it genuinely breaks my heart to see those people getting flagged by mistake. I'm not asking for something special. I think I, and many other creators deserve a fair review. Not with AI but by a REAL human.
