🔴 @FlySWISS is parting out two of its A220-100s, registrations HB-JBD and HB-JBC, to reuse the engines and components and keep its A220-300 fleet airworthy. The aircraft is on average just 9.1 years old. The move is driven by the ongoing Pratt and Whitney GTF engine reliability crisis, which has had more than 10 SWISS jets grounded at peak. The A220-100 was formally grounded back in October 2025 and no return to service has been confirmed. #SWISS #A220 #Aviation

@FlySWISS it’s been 5 days since our flight & 4 days since our delayed luggage arrived in DEL but still no action on your part towards delivering the same to us. The landline customer care goes unanswered, the mobile is mostly switched off. What are we supposed to do?

@FlySWISS Flew LX146 on 24 May & my daughter’s golf set was not loaded from ZRH. Recd email that it was already loaded on LX2646 the same evening & due to arrive in DEL on 26 May AirTag shows it’s still lying in ZRH. Kindly help. @FlySWISS_Cares @staralliance

@FlySWISS , booked a ticket from Kolkata to Toronto via delhi and Zurich on your platform. A mother is travelling with a child and your airlines cannot book a bassinet seat and instead requests us to go to each airline individually ? Why isn’t it your responsibility?
