@PercyBillimoria As per SC's judgment in Lalita Kumari, police is bound to register an FIR where it receives information regarding commission of a cognizable offence. This case seems to be a flagrant violation of the directions given by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

I just lost my baby! I'm still grieving. But that didn't stop @pfaindia trustee's volunteer/ex-volunteer @ChetnaJoshii from Gurgaon, from spreading vicious rumours about my family & husband. I have her recorded confession. I have had two asthma attacks & I'm in severe depression. If anything happens to me or my family due to vicious rumor mongering, I urge @myogiadityanath ji @CP_Noida to book a case against Ms. Joshi for destroying my image & reputation and for causing irreparable harm 🙏 They have a history of bullying & harassing animal welfare people especially when they are going through worse of times! They have done it before, they are doing it now! I'm unable to take it any longer 🙏 @Uppolice @dgpup

#Monkey Baby Surgery Update 💙वाक़िफ़ कहाँ ज़माना हमारी उड़ान से वो और थे जो हार गए आसमान से💙 My heart is overflowing with gratitude for each and every one of you who donated and prayed for this critical #paralyzed monkey #baby. Your support and love have been our guiding light during this difficult time. Thanks to your generosity, we were able to get her the best medical care possible. When faced with the decision of amputation, many may have thought it was the easy way out. But I chose to do what was tough and best for this little one. We opted for expensive orthopedic pinning surgeries, and I am happy to report that both of her hind legs have been pinned, fixing the damage to her bones. My heart tore apart when I came across this poor #Monkey Baby who was left paralyzed and suffering in the middle of the road 💔 I can't even imagine the pain and fear this little one must have gone through as a vehicle crushed her pelvis, broke her femur, and tore her muscle. It's a miracle that she is still alive. I couldn't just walk away and leave her there to suffer. I knew I had to do something. So, I took her in and rushed her to Dr. Krishna Pratap for emergency surgery. But the injury is old and the baby had developed gangrene. She needs immediate surgery to save her life. I am reaching out to all of you, my dear friends, to help me pay for her surgery and post-op care.
