@SahilBloom But don’t we talk about being normal as it’s boring and being boring aka being consistent reaps rewards?

Another sports personality with a strong PR team.
Klopp disrespecting his own players and competitions is not new. In the past, he's insulted journalists. Yet he has the public perception of a righteous, pious man.
Should learn a thing or two from managers like Ange.

"I would be happy if they go out at the Group stage!" 😅 Jurgen Klopp jokes about his parting words to Mo Salah and Wataru Endō before they went to represent their national teams 🇪🇬🇯🇵

@MarkkuOjala_ Been up and down. Last 4 GWs have been good unlike the 4 before that. At 160k currently.
Happy New Year!

I feel super proud of running 5km in 42 minutes to 5km in 33 minutes in just a week, here's how i did it
Don't start with an end goal, say a marathon or a city run
Just like any other hobby, make it a part of your routine or you will give up pretty quickly
As per forbes 80% of the population hate waking up on mondays for obvious reasons so always start your journey on sundays
Invest in good running shoes, it's a game changer and prevents you from injuries and cramps
Do not wear track pants, try going with minimal or lighter clothing like shorts, or the more you sweat the more heavier you will feel and will hold you back
Start with half a km walk as a warm up to set the tone
I did a big mistake of just sprinting from the get go and that resulted in a burn out pretty quickly
Start with short strides almost like walking but more agile movement
You will gradually see your strides getting longer with no extra effort thus increasing your distance and speed
Chest out, don't slouch, head straight. Try running with your legs more and not by the swinging movement of your hips from left to right
Start with 3 minutes of run and 2 minutes of walk
Gradually increase your run time and decreasing the time you walk
Every alternate day, forget your airpods, watches, phones at home and enjoy nature
It's good to keep track of your progress but overdoing it will demotivate you. Your form can fluctuate depending on your mood the previous night
Running the same route everyday can be boring, try changing your route every 3rd day
Challenge yourself every 4th day, try a 1km run run on elevated roads or flyovers
Controlling your breathing and heartbeat is an absolute must, at first you will continuously hit 180bpm
Gradually try syncing your breathing with your steps, try and stay consistent between 120-160bpm
Once you are done with the run, always conclude it with a nice stretch of your feet, calves and hips to prevent injuries and soreness on the lower body
Go out there, stay consistent, enjoy it and don't treat running like a job

Transfer ban has been lifted in lieu of the potential Saka injury - a hit will therefore be allowed.
If Saka is seen in training then the transfer will be saved as per earlier transfer embargo.
Pras@Pras_fpl
Unless there’s an injury, no transfers this gameweek for me. I am giving myself a one match transfer ban to reflect on past behaviour.

@FitFastCoach Hey Reuben. Loved this post.
Going into my permanent bookmarks folder.
One bit of request: will it be possible for you to mention which back exercise targets which part? That would be super helpful mate.
Keep up the good work!
