A year ago in Sydney, staying in a friend’s villa, looking after their cats, I was supposed to be locked in on a @flextag pitch deck. Instead, I was watching myself do what I’ve always done: struggle with priorities, lose time to overthinking, start strong, then abandon things halfway through. Perfectionism was quietly killing my output.

Had an amazing Thursday afternoon hosting the @Algorand x402 "Payment Required" ideathon @42_berlin! We had over 100 people subscribed to the event, 15 pitches presenting live on stage, 1250 USD in prizes, tons of great ideas and were almost kicked out from the venue since we had too much fun and the event went overtime into the evening. It was great to see pitches both from existing teams who wanted to incorporate Algorand payment rails, seasoned devs from other ecosystems pitching ideas as well as teams new to topic getting excited about x402. Next stop for our x402 event series will the the Algorand x402 "Payment required" Agentic Commerce hackathon exactly in a month here in Berlin @42_berlin : luma.com/agentic-commer… Get your agents ready!
