The “Morning Stack” for zero-headcount scaling. 🏗️ While the world slept, the Galaxy Leads V3.3 Engine identified and verified 110+ high-intent leads. Most founders are drowning in “Operational Debt” I’m building systems to automate the output. My Morning Routine: 1️⃣ Automated Lead Check (97 ➔ 110 today) 2️⃣ AI Scoring & Curation (Galaxy Leads v3.3 Logic) 3️⃣ Packaging for Fiverr & Outbound Email Zero headcount. Infinite scale. #LeadGeneration #SaaSArchitecture #GalaxyLeads

The way most people frame it, they say “distribution is the problem” because that’s the obvious layer “how do I get my product in front of people?” But if you break it down, distribution is just a mechanism. The real pain point is always customers …. getting paying, high intent people to actually use your product or service. Everything else is just a tool to reach them. •SEO = slower, organic distribution → eventually brings customers •High intent lead gen = fast, targeted distribution → immediately brings customers So it’s not “distribution vs product” or “distribution vs marketing” it’s “how do I connect to customers in a way that actually solves their problem and compels them to pay?” Distribution only matters inasmuch as it delivers those customers efficiently. #saas #buildinpublic

Most people think lead gen is about volume. They are wrong. It is about signal detection. I do not care about 10,000 cold emails. I care about the 10 people on Reddit right now asking for a solution to a problem they have a budget for. Find the signal and the conversion is already half done.

Like the logical step is for @Stripe to be not just a payment service but an actual fintech I have no idea why they're not doing that It makes logical sense my business bank account (Wise) is ALSO the place I accept payments from my startup's customers with a checkout page integrated into my site (Stripe) Stripe isn't offering cards or bank accounts (yes they keep announcing it but where is my Stripe card or bank account then) Wise isn't offering proper checkout pages for my customers Others like Airwallex are starting to offer both
@levelsio@levelsio

I think @Stripe needs to add payment cards ASAP to spend your balance Because I still don't have one and others are adding them fast Once the other fintechs also add checkout options (like @Airwallex has) there's a real switching opportunity for a lot of people on Stripe Stripe is the incumbent now and every fintech is sneaking up on them But they're moving too slow I don't have a dog in this fight, I prefer stay with Stripe as always but competitors are starting to offer more things now

All I hear from Stripe is stablecoin this that Very interesting but as a business I don't care I just want a payment card I can use to pay my server bills WITH the money from my customers that's inside Stripe Why do I have to take it out of Stripe as a payout at all? Why does it need to go to Wise who takes a cut and then I pay Hetzner for my server bill? Why not Stripe balance to Hetzner bill? And if you build that out long enough you can remove the expensive intermediary of payment cards (Visa/MC) too

If you’re brave enough to build a startup, here’s what you should know Day 53: YC W26 is sending a very clear signal: AI is no longer a feature. It’s the default. 85% of the batch is AI-first. That’s not a trend. That’s a reset.

We saved our customers over $1.3 Billion in 2025 alone. That value has helped @Airwallex reach $1.2 Billion in ARR, growing 85% YoY. @Deel, @McLarenF1 , @boltapp and 200,000+ other customers trust us because legacy banking wasn't meant for global businesses: • Opening a bank account in a new country takes weeks • SWIFT transfers take 3-5 days • Other platforms convert your money even when you don't want to But with Airwallex you can: 1. Open an account and get paid like a local in 70 countries Most platforms force you to convert your money into your currency and charge you a conversion fee to do it. With Airwallex, your UK client pays you in GBP and it sits in your GBP balance. Your Australian client pays in AUD and it sits in your AUD balance. When you need to pay a UK vendor or run Australian payroll, you can simply pay from the same currency in your Airwallex account which leads to zero conversion fees. 2. Send and receive money on the same day SWIFT takes 3–5 days and hits you with unpredictable fees on every transfer. But over 90% of Airwallex transactions happen on the same day. Since Airwallex uses local rails to move your money, it also happens at near-zero cost. 3. Issue multi-currency cards instantly Airwallex helps you issue multi-currency cards to your employees across the entire world. And every transaction is automatically synced to your accounting system in real-time. 4. Integrate Airwallex in your product SaaS platforms and marketplaces can also use our APIs to offer these financial services to their customers. In fact, many companies are doing it already. But this is just a glimpse of what Airwallex can do. We’re building the all-in-one financial stack your company will ever need. If you're doing $50M+ in revenue, you could save up to $500k in fees. And that's money back into your business. Sign up for a demo here: airwallex.com/offer/airwalle…
