@Giftcloud Can someone please contact me and assist with an issue with customer services. I've been trying to claim a voucher since January and CS keep fobbing me off telling me to "Wait a few more days". I'm just being ignored now and I still don't have my voucher. Thanks

Anyone wanting to swap to @VodafoneUK tempted by the gift cards from @Giftcloud don't bother because you can only choose M&S as the amazon, Tesco and sainsburys have 'sold out' 🤷‍♂️ And you can't actually use M&S vouchers at the moment or for the foreseeable. Complete scam.

@Giftcloud @sky disappointed in your service … received a £70 gift card as part of signing up to Sky House Insurance. Issues after issues and round in circles with @Giftcloud and still no card to use. The 60 day window will be over soon and no resolution - is this the plan?

@Giftcloud what is your KPI on the hello@ mailbox? currently on 125 days of an up to 120 days before voucher sent from @UswitchUK for @SkyHelpTeam broadband. Starting to think USwitch and GiftCloud is a scam to obtain data…
