@HGSupport trying to get second level escalation for critical email issues for 3 days. Two chats and 2 phone calls, and 5-6 hours invested but no line of sight to resolution or 2nd level support. Very disappointing

Hey @HGSupport this is totally bullshit ridiculous. For the second night in a row I can’t get in via live chat. Same message reading office is closed. Then during the day you say office is open. Lies. Just bad stuff from @NewfoldDigital

@nick_donellan We get how disruptive that is, especially with time-sensitive medical docs. No outage is posted, so the quickest path is phone/chat. Ask for an email and server performance check and share your domain, access method (webmail/app), and the ~45s load time. We'd be happy to help!

@HGSupport we are still having issues with our email servers. This is like the 8th or 9th day of issues. It takes about 45 seconds to pull up every email. We run a medical equipment supply company and emails are getting lost and accidentally deleted with important documents in

Hey @HGSupport Vinayak is playing games with me. HG admins know how to update the SSL Certificate, but he acts like he can't do it and will not get help. I asked him to get a supervisor. He will not.

Dear @HostGator I am using your reseller hosting for more than 9 year & your @HGSupport quality is now gone down to dumb level. Seating for 2 hours on chat & no resolution yet. Your novice agent is not able to understand issue even after 2 hours. @NewfoldDigital
