Warning for @HostGator reseller customers: my business emails have been disrupted for almost 2 weeks. Support kept giving partial fixes, asked me to wait 24–48h repeatedly, then closed the case while the issue remained. Still no exact ETA. #HostGatorWarning #EmailHosting

Hey @HostGator — your support portal sends users to a knowledge base with no way to open a ticket or access live chat. This is unacceptable. I need a PTR record configured Gmail silently rejects all outgoing emails from our domain. This is a basic mail server configuration

@HostGator @HostGator The chat link you provided (helpchat.hostgator.com) just redirects to the knowledge base, not an actual chat. This is exactly the problem I reported. And that 'Get in touch' button does nothing.

@HostGator It’s not that one size doesn’t fit all. It’s that live chat was terrible. No reply for 6-8 minutes at a time. I wasn’t asked to stand by while they researched. They repeatedly suggested an illogical solution. And your AI bot is not ready for prime time. Gives bad advice!!!

@HostGator Your support chain is abysmal. It was better when chatbot recommended FAQs before passing to a live agent. Now LLM engages in conversational instructions — and instructions are often wrong. Also, the human chat group is not as good as the phone group — not even close.
