@adiospipino Hi Lucas, we responded to your DM, but in case you didn't get to see that, we are working hard on bringing the VPS servers back online. With the widespread impact of the cPanel patch on April 28th, restoring server access for our clients has been our #1 priority.

Ah @HostGator broke all my websites, I know they're fire fighting to patch security which is fair enough and I've been patient hoping it'll resolve itself, it hasn't. Really grating is @HGSupport making up absolute nonsense and blaming all my sites being broken on "malware" 🙄🥱

@HostGator @HGSupport Today makes six days without access to my server and three revenue generating sites. No new sales, no access to email will lead to customer (revenue) loss. Zero updates and appears no progress being made. The class-action law firms are circling. Complete incompetence on display.

I've been on five calls. Four chats (are those AI bots?). Finally, talking to the engineers via email and told they can't promise me anything in "day, days, or more." My account was hosted on Alma, not Cent OS 6, which keeps getting thrown my way for some reason. My $5k contract is feeling pretty useless right now.

Zero e-mails updating the situation, daily support chats (whose transcripts are emailed), multiple PM with you on this platform...and nothing. It is time for HG to begin providing real answers beyond cut-and-paste ones.

@HostGator @HGSupport entering day 6 without access to 3 revenue producing sites, and no one at HG has any answers, only cut-and-paste replies. Hearing nearly 50k sites still down and HG is recruiting help on Fiverr. Epic fail and clear signal that revenue producing sites cannot trust HG.
