@HGSupport Your recent note about email plans is not very helpful. If I send an email with 12 recipients does that count as 1 or 12? How much are the plans? Is the limit per life, year, month, week, day, hour, or minute?

@ZennieAbraham62 We know you rely on getting the best deal for your $$. On a high tier plan, i.e. VPS, clients get root control of their server. We can help with some of the sysadmin aspects, but for custom configs and coding we always suggest having a dedicated dev who can fix individual errors.

A real nightmare with HostGator Support. Instead of a ZennieReport.com that works, @HGSupport spends its time telling me what it cannot do that I am paying for, yet they promise "24-Hour-Support". So we have a contract that Hostgator is not keeping up its end of.

@HGSupport and @NewfoldDigital, I wrote this to an admin just now!
Hey. Thank you for your response. But before I continue, I have to get after whomever did this to my .htacess code. They just left THIS, only: Require all granted Nothing else. That is unacceptable.
When HostGator erased my .htaccess content, they didn't just fail to fix the issue—they likely broke ZennieReport.com's site's URL structure (permalinks).
By leaving only that xmlrpc.php rule, they wiped out the # BEGIN WordPress block that tells your server how to route your website traffic.
If you try to visit any page on your site other than the homepage right now, you will almost certainly get a 404 Not Found error for those pages too.
This, on top of the fake malware claims by some HostGator admins, is really a horrible affront.
Someone of you seems to be trying to harm my site. STOP. If you don't know Wordpress, do not do anything. If you have problems with me personally, then just do not work on my site.
Let someone else do it. Now I have to fix this. I spend a lot of time clearning up what some HostGator admins do. We used to have people who cared. What is going on now is horrible. Zennie

@HGSupport @HostGator Absolutely horrible customer support. Gator AI told me a configuration was done and was not true. Tried email and it was rejected. Chats claimed my user ID was incorrect and unable to get it via email. Nothing ever came. Is this still a real company?
