made a hacky little free public good a tool for tracing counterparties on solana searches all history and can filter by date range, amount, token, inflow/outflow nothing is ever indexed, all data via getTransactionsForAddress RPC endpoint from Helius haradrim(.)net

was building an agent that analyzes wallet history
by default it used getSignaturesForAddress and getTransaction on each sig and also had to query token accounts separately. took ages
then i just told it bro there is @Helius getTransactionsForAddress
can get 100 full txs in one call, token accounts included, and you can filter by date. the agent literally said this was insane
got the first and last tx, split into chunks, fired gTFA in parallel
the difference is genuinely ridiculous. one of the biggest unlocks for building on solana fr

messed around to see if you can add full forensic tracing with nothing but a helius endpoint
turns out you can
this traces all historical txs for a wallet, all wallets it interacted with, and lets you filter by token/amount/date — with no indexer

you can vibecode your own custom bubblemap in a few seconds btw and then you can further deduce common funders across all those wallets all with a single Helius RPC endpoint, 0 indexing or DB required
