@FengXiao1988 @CellGenomics @HillaryLayden We haven’t tested dTAG-13 in culture so we can’t comment on that. For us dTAG-v1 (targets VHL) is more effective than dTAG-47 (targets CRBN) at degrading most of the proteins we have tagged. So we would recommend v1 out of the two but results will vary based on target.

We spent more time than we'd like to admit staring at adapter sequences, but we've put together a protocol for dual-indexed PRO-seq library prep. Based off of the TRUseq Small RNA kit, the protocol can be easily adapted for other small RNA applications. researchsquare.com/article/rs-311…

Has anyone updated their PRO-seq/GRO-seq adapters/sequencing primers to include dual indices for better results on the NovaSeq? Our current protocol is based on the TRUseq Small RNA kit but our core would like us to include a second index for better multiplexing. #Genomics

Hivemind: I'm looking for a very recent paper where a chromatin remodeler or TF was disrupted and there was a broad reduction in ribosomal protein production (at least 64 down) and a resulting effect on protein production. I remember the figures but can't locate the paper. Thx
