The other day my primary care doc asked me if I exercised.
I said yes, I lift weights.
She asked how much I lift.
Perplexed, I asked “like how much do I bench?”
She said yes.
I told her.
She wrote it in the chart.
Well played doc. Well played.

Reminiscent of Armenians adopting the cross as their national identity in 301 AD, Armenians have once again embraced the cross by nominating a national treasure, Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan, Primate of the Diocese of Tavush, to lead them out of the dark.
Today, against all odds, including domestic enemies and the challenges our compatriots face in the Armenian Quarter in Jerusalem, patriotic Armenians, along with their Church, continue to fight for their homeland.

There are many conflicts, but it's often only those involving dictators on the other side that lead to extermination, ethnic cleansing, and deportation.
120K Armenians are being forced to leave their homeland, a territory that has belonged to the Armenian people for 3,000 years.

This is how ethnic cleansing looks like in #Artsakh/#Karabakh. Armenians who lived there for over 2,000 years are now forced by #Azerbaijan Republic (#Baku) to leave #Stepanakert. They were starved for months and bombed for days by Azeri Armed Forces.

Armenians are frantically searching for their loved ones on social media networks. On Telegram, Azerbaijanis are circulating these photos and threatening to rape and murder the people in them. (For their safety, we have obscured the faces of these individuals in this post). Under the photo of the young woman, someone has offered $500 to anyone who delivers her to him. He is going to give her as a birthday gift to "Murad." Above the photo of the children, someone was written, "Children of whores should clean toilets and work hard in mines for pennies."
