I guess the only thing that can best hearing sweet words of outcome 6 for a UK #medtrainee is hearing 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝟲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗱𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 on the same day 30 min apart of each other..😍😍
Is been an amazing journey as a trainee.. Now onwards & forwards 🙌🙌

Our recently published paper on improving leadership and teamwork skills in medical students through @SIMBAsimulation
Giving medical students more responsibility/independence in non-clinical environments (like in SIMBA) may help to teach these skills.
