Government owns LIC (100%) SBI (56.92%) & Central Bk(81.91%), all 3 are shareholders of IL&FS. Why is IL&FS not treated as a Govt company? The Government has moral responsibility to make sure their promoted companies pay the Retail NCD holders their 100% dues. @ianuragthakur

Charlie Griffith, with a debatable action was then amongst the fastest bowlers in the world. Story has it that Sharmila Tagore briefly came to watch Pataudi play. And Sobers and Clive Lloyd speeded up the game to win, so that they could go to the Mahalakshmi race course. And there was talk of romance in the air between Sobers and Anju Mahendru.
