That's a backronym; made up after the fact to give "tips" and acronym. Tipping was part of old European culture and a way for the wealthy to show appreciation to servants or a host's staff; a gesture of class and social standing—never had anything to do with "prompt service". Agree. Franklin got to a play from the national title game in 2024 and then he shit the bed and lost to Oregon, UCLA and Northwestern to get his ass canned.
