But the precedent can't be that we strike a country if we suspect they're building nuclear weapons or will have them in the future. Because that would be an all-out disaster because many countries do and are building them that are not allies.

Yep heard of the JCPOA. Obama paid Iran Billions and signed an agreement that had many flaws that didn't allowed for complete inspections. The deal was only for 10-15 years. If it was such a great agreement, why didn't Biden blow the dust off of it and resign it? He gave Iran Billions and lifted sanctions, seems like it could have been done. It was because they had received money and help to enrich their uranium and were not going to agree to inspections. This is why people like you that have IDS (Israel Derangement Syndrome) have to be ignored, you are going to get us all killed.
