@NVEnergy sent customers "power is restored' emails but for an elderly customer unsure if NV energy is aware they still are in an outage and tries to call, they get is: We're closed for the holidays. You can't spend a few bucks to answer the phone during an extended outage???

Here is an educational tip @NVEnergy. People in the highlands and any rural area rely on Nvenergy for water since they use wells. When someone loses power on a well, they lose their ability to get water for themselves and their pets. Also, Can’t bathe. Can’t flush. Can’t wash.

@NVEnergy Why isn't NV Energy more prepared for this? Heavy snow isn't unusual. Why wasn't money spent on improving the infrastructure when the weather wasn't bad?

@nevadadot When will I-580 North of the I-80 interchange be expanded. Traffic is now worse then ever with the recent 'expansion'. NDOT has taken my commute from 25 minutes to 50 minutes.

@kappade @Logitech I ended up removing the hub from the app, resetting the hub and then restoring and got it to work.

@JeremyLynnes @Logitech I now see that device control does work with the remote and app but Activities wont start anymore

@Logitech Harmony app and site are non-functional
