I am entitled by EU law to receive 250 euros as compensation for my flight. DM them yesterday and now its all gone quiet. Flagship airline? Its embarrassing @BritishAir_Apk9 @britishairways @BritishAirwSUCK

So I'm asked to DM BA. I give them a case reference number for my complaint and a mobile number. Someone rings me and says how can I help. He hadn't looked at the complaint. I have no been cut off from the DM @BritishAir_Apk9 @BritishAirwSUCK @britishairways Hopeless

Is anyone listening from @britishairways ? Two of my friends have received compensation for the same delay as I had yet I have had nothing. Might be time for the #financialonbudsman to get involved

#britishairways are holding on to my valid compensation claim from August. Can't contact them direct and the chatBot is useless.

@British_Airways We are a group of 8. 5 got booked on the next flight and 3 are booked on a train. Ruined first day. More expense. Lost golf fees. Screwed restaurant bookings. Thanks BA for nothing.

@British_Airways how can you cancel a 7:00 morning flight from LCY tomorrow at 8:36 tonight and then offer me a LHR flight at 12:55. Completely ruined a holiday start and I dare say quite a few business meetings. You don't give a monkeys about your customers
