@Krista_SC @Costco Hi Krista, backyard compost wouldn’t be hot enough to compost. Needs industrial levels. And not many ways to get it there. (Partly state dependent). The Bioplastic means not ideal for recycling bin. So sadly this is probably destined for the landfill bin.
