@PaulKirton_ @Teamgrassroots_ Not sure falling off a motorbike is the same level of danger as a kick to the shin. Smaller shinpads give more agility is the logic, not for fashion. Nothing will stop a leg breaker anyway, just little knocks and bumps

No one in their right mind would ride a motorbike wearing a helmet that covers a quarter of their head — because it’s there for SAFETY. So why on earth are players wearing shinpads the size of a postage stamp? They’re for preventing injuries, not making a fashion statement.

@SteveNeale70 @tompoole_98 @premierleague Very well said. Used to be interesting characters across the league. Now anyone half decent gets snapped up by the big clubs and turned into a robot. I think most sports are suffering in a similar way.

Empty seats across loads of stadiums in the premier league this week again, I think the bubble has burst and they’ve pushed people too far.Most people simply can’t afford £70 a ticket to watch football especially when all the games are midweek now,ruining the game @premierleague

Deeply disturbing that Israeli TV is claiming that Israel is arming protesters in Iran with "live firearms".
Israel does not care about the Iranian people - and doesn't want a genuinely independent democratic Iran.
It wants Iran to fall into violent chaos and civil war.
