That may be true but this is a poor example to use as support for your claim.
Americans are so spoiled by our constitution that we just assume rights are self-evident and can be applied outside of US context.
The interviewer’s question needs clarification because how do you apply the term “rights”, used to define the government-citizen relationship in the US, to the rest of the world?
Tucker is smart for asking for clarity and then providing a reasonable answer.

@sylvetfy They'll try to crucify you for this but you're right. This is a symptom of an extreme balancing issue when a single role is drawing ALL of the bans.
Unless you're a professional trying to avoid targeted bans in a tournament, mastering every hero in a role is unrealistic.

Just because the authors didn’t self identify doesn’t mean they aren’t known nor that we dont know who they might be.

In mainstream biblical scholarship, the authors of the four Gospels (Matthew, Mark, Luke, John) and Acts are unknown—the texts are formally anonymous, with no self-identification by the writers. Traditional names were added later (2nd century) via church tradition. Hebrews is also anonymous.
Paul names himself in 7 undisputed letters (Romans, 1-2 Corinthians, Galatians, Philippians, 1 Thessalonians, Philemon); others are debated or pseudonymous.

Bleach Hakuda is directly comparable to Naruto Taijutsu to the point where the terms are interchangeable.
