@cromaretail @_WiseRoy_ @OnePlus_IN Croma is doing scam with customers. I bought one plus 12 phone from croma rohini store on 1st oct with a offer of buds pro 2 along with it. But they said buds are not available and it will be given in 3-4 days and sold the phone.

I have already filed a complaint with the Ministry of Consumer Affairs and am considering initiating legal proceedings in the consumer court with a formal legal notice if the issue is not resolved satisfactorily.
