Hi Deb! We appreciate your feedback. While contacts are able to re-enter an automation flow as long as the ‘contacts can re-enter flow’ setting is enabled, it requires them to trigger your starting point, meaning there isn't a way to send them the newly added steps once they've exited.

@MailchimpHelp Good improvement. I wish your customer journey flows were as flexible as the classic automations. I just chatted at length with help to find there's no way to keep people in a flow as you add later emails because they've already "exited out" of the flow. That's a problem.

Your feedback matters and was heard! Images can now be placed within Text content blocks in the New Campaign Builder allowing text to wrap around the images. You can insert images into a Text content block by using the 'Insert Image' button in the editor toolbar and make adjustments by clicking on the image after it has been placed.

Be aware of scammers using familiar vendor identities during phishing attacks. Today the were pretending to be @Mailchimp via @Zoho mail servers, using the familiar MailChimp black and yellow and chimp branding. Look closely before clicking any buttons or links. #cybersecurity #phishingalert #scams

Hi there, to upgrade your Mailchimp account, log in, click your profile icon, go to Account & Billing > Billing > Monthly plans or credits, and click Change Plan.
