@MailchimpHelp Yes, I've taken that step already. Segments are loading in the segment builder but I can't build a segment in an email. I get "Sorry, something went wrong on our end. Please try again."

@MailchimpHelp @mailchimp case 15158144077 I have lost access to my domain, which was created on WIX through mailchimp. I stopped suscribing to mailchimp and my account was deleted , now reinstated but i cannot access or see my original website, my domain is active through wix

It is time for the Federal Trade Commission @FTC to take a look at this? @Mailchimp sends emails but does not allow "unsubscribe", I've been trying this for over a month. They are in violation of the CAN-SPAM Act. ⚠️

Hey @Mailchimp — locked out of my paid account after changing my Google Workspace primary email. Support portal requires login to get help but I CAN'T login. That's a catch-22. Need urgent help please. Paid Standard plan.
