Hey @Mailchimp Having MailChimp repeatedly rob me has been one of the worst SaaS experiences I have ever had. MailChimp's predatory and exploitative (and I suspect illegal) billing practices are IMHO a scourge on the small business community.

Ran a multivariate test on @Mailchimp for one of my newsletter clients, put in work for subject lines and content variations But it just ignored the winner and did what it wanted??

@neilcybart @MailchimpHelp Only just under a month ago, it was down for over a day. The only reason I stuck with them is because they provided a free month. Incredibly unreliable. I can’t send email either. As far as I know, it’s down for everyone.

@johncoombs198 Hi John. We're sorry to hear you haven't been able to get connected with the team. When you say text does not work, are you referring to SMS campaigns or a 2-factor authentication login text? Let us know the details and we'll get you pointed in the right direction.

@Mailchimp for a company so big and I can't talk to someone to get your service fixed... TEXT doesn't work. If any of you people want a personal touch use another service.

There is no need to recover my account, which I can access with no problem on my MacBook. I can not access it on my iPhone or iPad because @mailchimp demands a verification code that it never sends. I've had 3 emails from tech support, from 3 different people: none of them have acknowledged the problem, let alone fix it. I've wasted a couple of hours on this. I wish Mailchimp would just fix the problem, which is not on my end.

A few days ago, @Mailchimp, now owned by @Intuit, changed its sign-in procedures. Ever since, I have been unable to sign in on my iPhone or iPad, even though I can sign in on my MacBook. Why? Because the system says they have a verification to my email, but the email never arrives. Mailchimp tech support says, "Please try another login method." On the iPhone and the iPad, there is only one login method, the one that requires waiting for a verification code from Mailchimp. @MailchimpStatus

@MailchimpHelp Hi, no, I didn’t open a support ticket since the issue seemed to be resolved by then. Unfortunately, don’t have any additional details beyond what I already shared here. From Auth0, we're only able to see that error while sending passwordless login transactional emails via mndrl

@MailchimpHelp Hi this was the error message we see on auth0 all day: "timeout calling mandrill" This only happened when sending paswordless login transactional emails via mandrill. It lasted around 8 hours (since this mornign). And it seems started working again 10 minutes ago.

@MailchimpHelp @guidoarata We're also seeing issues via SMTP - only via the eu-central-1 IPs if that helps isolate the issue. us-east-1 is fine.
